I. Product Overview

This product will SF6 dew point meter, SF6 purity tester, SF6 decomposition product tester into one, the original use of three instruments to achieve the function, concentrated in one instrument. One on-site measurement can complete the detection of two indicators, greatly saving the gas in the equipment. At the same time, it also reduces the workload of users and greatly improves the work efficiency.

2.1 Main Data

Humidity: dew point -80℃ ~ +20℃ (support PPMV and other parameters)

②SF6 decomposition products:

SO2:0 ~ 200 PPM.

H2S: 0 ~ 200ppm;

③SF6 purity: 0~100%SF6 (weight ratio).

(2) Measurement accuracy

Dew point accuracy: ±0.5℃ (when the dew point temperature is lower than 0℃, the sensor output is frost point);

③SF6 purity: ±0.5%, has nothing to do with flow.
